1. Global HR Policy Updates 2. Recruitment at the IO
A message from the Global HR Team.
As we start the year, we’d like to express sincere thanks to everyone who is a part of the global HR network. Together we achieved a lot in 2021: at the global level this included the creation of the new strategic HR framework; the review of the safety & security policy & procedures; and the development of guidelines on handling disciplinaries, grievances and appeals.
Despite not being able to meet face-to-face, we continued to learn and share across the Fellowship by meeting together regularly online (8 Global & Regional HR Meetings, and 5 HR Webinars / Workshops in 2021!).
In 2022 we look forward to working together to ensure our HR planning is strategic; to embed the new safety & security standards; and to contribute to important people-related projects such as recommendations around reward (salary & benefits), succession planning, and being a disability-inclusive employer.
Lastly, we would like to express a BIG THANK YOU to the 1,500 staff who took part in the 2021 Global Engagement Survey! Results have been shared with Country Leaders and HR Representatives. We look forward to reflecting and acting on these results so that TLM can continue to be an engaging and positive place to work.
